International orders may be paid via PayPal, Wise, or direct bank transfer to the BÓHDAN business account. Payment instructions will be provided at the time of purchase.

6.2 BÓHDAN is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised third-party access to payment information during transactions.

6.3 For international customers, the final amount charged may vary depending on your card provider’s exchange rate.

7.1 Orders within New Zealand are shipped via signature-required courier. Hand delivery may be available within Auckland and surrounding areas.

7.3 Estimated delivery times:

• New Zealand – 2-5 business days

• International – 10–20 business days

7.4 Delivery timeframes are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

7.5 All orders are presented in BÓHDAN packaging.

8.1 Because each BÓHDAN piece is made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on custom or made-to-order items.

9.1 BÓHDAN covers all duties and import taxes for international orders, so your piece arrives without any additional charges upon delivery.

10.1 BÓHDAN stands behind the craftsmanship of our jewellery. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not cover normal wear and tear.

10.2 If you experience any issues with your jewellery, please contact us. At our discretion, we may offer repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.
